Mount Parker Ventures is a Hong Kong-based early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2014 by General Partner Jude O'Kelly and Sal Ismail. Based in Admiralty, Hong Kong Island, the firm backs founders with big ideas across Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and India, drawing on a team of experienced entrepreneurs and a global network of investors and business partners. Mount Parker looks for founders who persevere through challenges, demonstrate unconventional thinking, communicate clearly, and possess deep domain expertise. The firm is particularly known as a leading seed-stage investor in Asian logistics and supply chain technology startups, and runs KineticOne — an intensive accelerator program for tech startups in logistics and supply chain. Mount Parker also partnered with Brinc to launch a Logistics and Supply Chain Accelerator. The fund holds one unicorn in its portfolio: GoGoX (formerly GoGoVan), the first app-based goods-delivery platform in Asia, which merged with 58 Suyun in August 2017 and now operates in more than 300 cities with more than 8 million registered drivers. Other portfolio companies include Shopline, a Hong Kong e-commerce platform for SMBs co-backed by 500 Startups and the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund; Truck Lagbe (Bangladeshi logistics); Fasal (agri-tech); Logflows; and GFO-X, a financial software company that received its most recent investment in April 2023. The fund has made 13 investments in total. Mount Parker's operator-entrepreneur team and accelerator programs give portfolio founders access to curated mentorship and commercial partnerships specifically calibrated to the logistics and supply chain sectors, where customer relationships and operator credibility are decisive competitive advantages.
