OSK Ventures International Berhad (OSKVI) is a publicly listed venture capital and private equity firm established in 2000 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, trading on Bursa Malaysia under ticker 0053.KL. As the VC and PE affiliate of OSK Holdings Berhad, the platform provides patient growth capital to Malaysian and Southeast Asian technology companies across early-stage, late-stage, expansion, growth equity, and venture debt vehicles.
