WaterBridge Ventures is a SEBI-registered Indian early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2017 with offices in New Delhi and Bengaluru. The firm passionately supports tech-driven, India-centric startups across eight strategic sectors, Manufacturing Tech, Health Tech, Deep Tech, Consumer Tech, Global SaaS, Financial Services, Education Tech and Climate Tech, and enters at the Seed to Series A stage with strong follow-on participation through later rounds, willing to lead. Across roughly 37 companies invested as of December 2025, the portfolio includes Atlan, a modern data catalog that raised a $105M Series C in 2024 led by GIC and Meritech Capital, Magicpin in commerce loyalty, Chalo in urban bus mobility, Unacademy, CityMall, Bijnis, Eloelo, DataWeave and ZipLoan. Notable exits include DoubtNut, acquired by Allen Career Institute in 2023. By backing India-centric founders across eight strategic sectors from seed to Series A with strong follow-on support, WaterBridge Ventures has built a diversified early-stage technology portfolio.
