Founded in 2018, the CVC arm channels that scale and expertise into strategic investments at the intersection of proptech, real estate technology, and fintech. The fund targets seed through Series B rounds, typically writing checks of $3 million to $10 million. Its roughly 10 investments to date concentrate on real estate technology, title and settlement tech, property data analytics, and financial services technology that can complement or enhance First American's core operations.
