Fluent Ventures is a San Francisco-based global venture capital firm founded in 2023 by Managing Partner Alexandre Lazarow. The firm invests $250,000 to $2 million at pre-seed through Series A stages, with a $40 million target for its inaugural fund. Lazarow is known for his work on frontier and camel startups — companies built outside traditional tech hubs that prioritize sustainable growth over hypergrowth — a philosophy that directly informs Fluent's geographic arbitrage thesis.
