Headquartered in Austin, Texas, with offices in Boston, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Columbus, Hudson NY, and Salt Lake City, the firm pioneered what it calls 'second-chance' capital: investment in purpose-driven but financially stuck early-stage startups that have built real product traction yet run into a capital-structure wall.
