Skypoint Ventures is a Flint, Michigan-based venture capital, real-estate, and operating-company platform founded in 2013 by Phil Hagerman, a serial pharmacy entrepreneur who previously founded and served as CEO and chairman of Diplomat Pharmacy -- the largest US specialty-pharmacy company before its acquisition. Skypoint sits at the intersection of early-stage seed investing, downtown Flint real-estate revitalization, and operating-company incubation.
