Great CAC payback
If your CAC payback is impressive, shout it from the rooftops (or, at least, from your pitch deck). Here’s how.
First, bring it up early – as soon as you present your solution, drop in the CAC payback detail. Highlight it in your executive summary, too. Investors need to see this right from the get-go.
On the business model slide, scream about your CAC payback. Make it a big, bold number if it’s just great, and even bigger if it’s also downward-trending; as well as showing it as a chart. There’s nothing that convinces a skeptic like a dramatic improvement evident from the graph.
In your pitch deck, clearly state: "Our business model is working. Our go-to-market strategy is working. Here’s our stellar CAC payback." Make it impossible for investors to miss.
Your CAC payback is your critical metric. When it’s good, make it pop. It’s a major win that investors need to see front and center.
