Low growth outlook
Low growth isn’t ideal, but it doesn’t have to be a dealbreaker. Here’s how to position your story effectively:
Explain why growth is low now. Be upfront about the reasons. Maybe the regulation isn't there yet, or you haven't secured full licenses to launch in the market. Perhaps the enterprise sales cycle takes 12 months, or you need time to build a pipeline and gain trust. These reasons are valid, and investors will understand if you communicate clearly.
Highlight the inflection point. Make it clear when and why growth will take off. Investors need to know when you expect to see significant growth and how this round of investment will help you get there. Show them how the funding will buy you the time and tools needed to reach that critical point.
By being transparent about current challenges and painting a clear picture of future growth, you can assure investors that your low growth is temporary and that you have a solid plan for achieving higher growth down the line.
